We have extensive experience in critiquing floor plans and suggesting significant improvements in all of the amenities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and interior walls) to maximize your lifestyle and the use  of space.

We will develop a furniture space plan to support your requirements and lifestyle.  The plan will consider your desired uses for each room and optimal traffic flow.  We will provide you with scale drawings including window and door placement and furniture layout.

Material Selection & Architectural Detailing

We will design and assist you in choosing interior finishes including paint, flooring, counter tops, plumbing & lighting fixtures, appliances, built-ins & trim carpentry.  We work directly with the sub contractors, providing them with detailed diagrams, built-in drawings and material/product information sheets for each item.  This ensures that the installation goes smoothly.  We offer numerous flooring, counter top and lighting products at competitive prices.

Furnishings Selection

We will create and provide you with a customized, detailed design book which provides you with pictures, dimensions, fabric samples and pricing for each and every item in your home, including furniture, custom bedding & window coverings, artwork & accessories.
