I have used Michele Coseo for design services exclusively since 1996, including some time before she and her husband opened Savannah Design Group.  She has performed a full range of exemplary services for us including aid and advice in our product (floor plan) design, diagnosis of target market, and of course, decorating and furnishing our models.  She has aided in establishing our reputation for consistent quality and right-on target marketing and branding of our homebuilding business.  I frankly can attribute some of the enormous success William Lyon Homes has experienced since our Las Vegas Division’s opening 13 years ago to the look, style and distinction that Savannah has created for us with over 160 decorated model homes.
